  Dueler A/T Ascent

  Another top of the line tire from Bridgestone. Excellent ride quality.Very quiet on pavement and comfortable over rough terrain. Great traction in any conditions including mud and snow.They look great on my truck. I just love the sidewall styling. I've owned many sets of Bridgestone tires over the years and they never disappoint. I highly recommend the Dueler A/T Ascent for any pickup or SUV application.

  5000 mile review

  It took nearly 2 months into winter before it snowed. So now I can give a complete review on all driving conditions. Dry conditions the tire is excellent. Very quiet. Great handling for a 5800lb truck. Improved mpg over oem at tires by 1-2 mpg. They handle excellent in the wet. No hydroplaning. And finally the snow/winter driving conditions capabilities really impressed me the most. I drove around in a brutal snowstorm that was sleet, freezing rain, and anywhere from 8-12 inches of snow for nearly 20 hours delivering emergency medical supplies and theses tires were absolutely amazing. I didn't get stuck and I blasted through 3 foot snowdrifts with no problems. I have not taken these tires off road yet. So I can't comment about their capabilities off the pavement.Read More

  So Far So Good

  Like these tires so far. They ride and drive good. I really like the quiet ride and still seem to have no effect on my gas mileage. I am hopeful these tires will last well.

  Perfect balance of highway and off road

  These tires are a perfect balance. They offer excellent winter traction, rain and highway use. They are quiet and handle like a pure highway tire.

  I never do reviews, but this tire deserves it. I spent days, maybe even a week or two looking at different tires- from multiple websites, to watching YouTube reviews on the "best" brands out there- trying to find a GOOD all-season, all-terrain tire that still looked aggressive, yet performed even better than it looked. I originally had Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my truck and while they looked amazingly aggressive and handled wonderfully on dry ground and off-road, I was not a fan of them on wet roads at all. Tires would constantly spin when given the slightest bit of gas at a stop sign or red light and it made me even more uncomfortable when I had my family with me in the vehicle. I knew I needed something that was a sure thing and that I felt confident and safe in, which meant not worrying about the "aggressive look" of the tire as much and focus more on safety. Besides, how many of us are actually doing some true off-roading? So after a lot of digging, I stumbled on these and gave them a chance. When I tell you these are the QUIETEST tires I've ever had on ANY vehicle. I had no idea my Nittos were loud until I put these on. The only things I hear outside my vehicle are the wind, other vehicles, and the sound of my V8, and yes, quiet at even very high speeds on the interstate (won't say how fast for reasons, but had to test them). Now for wet roads, the main reason I bought the tires. They handle FLAWLESSLY on wet roads. No sliding, no spinning, no losing traction. I've had two really bad storms blow through where I live within the last 2 weeks and got out in them to see what these tires could really do and could tell no difference than if the ground had been bone dry, and this was HEAVY rains with strong winds. I was doing 70 on the highway and was just fine. So I know I wrote a lot, but I said all this to say if you want a good tire that you can feel safe with regardless of the road condition, still looks aggressive, and is a nice quiet ride- get this tire.
