2024 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate, 24,000mi driven on tires
These are the worst tires ever
We bought our 2024 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate brand new from the dealership, still wrapped in plastic. The vehicle came with Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S. These tires are the worst, I have around 24,000 miles, they have been properly inflated, rotated and balanced. The tread is already worn, they started wearing down around 22K how can Bridgestone guarantee a 80K mileage warranty on these tires? The dealership can't help me, and Bridgestone has the worst customer service.

2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Premium, 24,800mi driven on tires
Less than two years this is sad.
We bought our 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Premium on pre order came with Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S. Worst tires ever. After taking good care of them, getting them properly rotated at the Toyota Dealership. Kept properly inflated. & all I get out of it is cracks all around the shoulder of the tires on all four tires.car only has 24,800 miles & took it into Firestone because Toyota said they couldn't do anything for me to go to a dealer of the tires so I go to Firestone for them to just say "it's the sun" on all four tires & under 25k miles. So apparently no one can help me or give me proper information. I'm more concerned about the safety of my wife & kids that ride in this vehicle everyday.

2024 Ford Edge, 22,000mi driven on tires
Beware
The Alenza ultra A/S will crack all around the shoulder tread in less than 2 years. Bridgestone will refuse to honor the warranty by calling it normal wear. This also happens to other lines of Bridgestone tires according to other reviewers. I have never had this happen with any other brand. This is suppose to be a premium tire and it's a premium price too. Good luck with your tire search.
